Al Dadge
Managing Director/Course Director
I have been at ISC for 15 years and worked as a teacher, activity director and course director, so I have a full understanding of how ISC works.
You'll always find me in the office if you need any help. I work year round to plan the courses and love finally getting to put names to faces, when I meet everyone at Bloxham in the summer.
I enjoy having the opportunity to introduce new programme ideas to ISC and trying to make the students’ experience the best it could possibly be.
At ISC we have a team of loyal and hardworking senior staff who share their values and bring their talent, experience and enthusiasm to give you the best possible courses.
Nicola Lee
Managing Director/Director of Studies
I have also worked at ISC for 15 years, firstly as a teacher, then senior teacher and director of studies. Al and I work together year round to organise the courses and ensure a high-quality programme.
You can find me in the main office with our school dog Hugo, where I'm happy to help with any of your questions.
With the help of our fantastic senior teacher and teachers we aim to create fun, communicative lessons to help you improve your English. I love watching our students’ confidence grow when using English at ISC.

I'm Jill Cutting, Director at International Student Club. I have 38 years’ experience of organising junior summer schools and help to make the ISC courses as special as possible.
